PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of the transmission information management system. SOLUTION: A transmission means 2 transmits transmission information with authentication information added thereto, an authentication information management means 4 receives the transmission information distributed from the transmission means via a relay means 3, reads the authentication information from the received information and discriminates whether or not the transmission information is sent from the transmission means by using a timing and a frequency assigned in advance. Thus, the management means 4 can easily discriminate whether or not the transmission information is sent from the transmission means, by using the timing and the frequency assigned in advance in comparison with the conventional case in which discriminates the transmission information, based on a displayed image and then the operability is enhanced.
