PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent for plastics excellent in adhesion abrasion- resistance and antifouling property relating to a polyvinyl chloride film and polyolefin film. SOLUTION: This coating agent comprises, as a hardening component, a carboxyl-containing urethane(meth)acrylate provided with a carboxyl concentration corresponding to an acid value of >=10 and obtained by reacting (A) a lactone-based polyester polyol produced by subjecting a lactone to ring-opening addition polymerization using an initiator of dihydroxy carboxylic acid, (B) a polyisocyanate, and (C) a hydroxyl-containing urethane(meth)acrylate.
