PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antiallergic food orally takable with ease for the mitigation and prevention of allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis. SOLUTION: Panax ginseng extract obtained by extracting Panax ginseng with water and a calcium ion donor are compounded as essential components. The Panax ginseng extract is preferably extracted from a tissue-cultured product and the calcium ion donor is preferably calcium lactate or calcium gluconate. The compounding amount of the calcium ion donor is preferably 0.2-5 pts.wt. in terms of calcium ion based on 1 pt.wt. of the Panax ginseng extract. |
