SOLUTION: On the basis of an external information in relation to an allowable drive speed of a part mounting head 11, a drive speed is kept as slow as possible by effectively controling a drive speed, and in accordance with controling a drive speed of the part mounting head 11 on the basis of time required for parts feeding at a part feeder 2 and a time required for positioning an object to be mounted at a part mounting section 4. |
