PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a head of a screw for fixing a casing from riding over vertical height of the casing, in inclinedly fixing the casing to a housing. SOLUTION: A thin flange 15 is formed on an upper side of a casing 11 of a cooling fan as a portion to be attached, while a through-hole 18 is formed on the flange 15. A screw 17 inserted into the through-hole 18 is screwed with a heat sink 33 connected to a microprocessor unit 32 to be cooled. The casing 11 is attached with specified inclination in respect to a horizontal surface of a housing 30. A head 17A of the screw 17 is not projected over vertical height H of the casing 11 due to a stepped portion 16 formed by the flange 15. It is thus possible to thin the housing 30 housing the cooling fan.
