PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve balance accuracy of a single body of an impeller and to remarkably reduce eccentricity and deflection of the impeller by integrally forming a rear surface plate and plates between front and rear plates and differentiating thickness of a mounting part on a rotary shaft from those of other parts. SOLUTION: An impeller is constituted of a front surface plate 52 having a suction port 51 on an upper surface part, a rear surface plate 53 provided oppositely on the lower side of the front surface plate 52 and a plurality of plates 54 disposed so as to be held between the front and rear surface plates. The rear surface plate 53 and the plurality of plates 54 are integrally formed by using an injection molding method. In the impeller, an inner peripheral part of the rear surface plate 53 which is weak in rigidity is thickened and is enhanced in rigidity, a part situated at an air channel on the side of the suction port 51 of the impeller is projected, flow improvement at an entrance part is contrived and aerodynamic performance is improved. Further, the projecting part is extended in a direction opposite to a rotary shaft direction and a mounting part on the rotary shaft is formed.
