PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct an emergency stop by the detection of an obstruction even during the dead-weight falling of a shutter curtain. SOLUTION: A brake braking the dead-weight falling of a shutter curtain and an automatic closing device 12, through which electricity is conducted on the basis of the sensing of a smoke sensor 18 and which release the braking of the brake, are installed to the dead-weight falling shutter. A seat-board switch detecting an obstruction and a switch contact 19b stopping electric conduction to the automatic closing device on the basis of the detection of the obstruction and emergency-stopping the dead-weight falling are mounted.
