PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding type opening-closing device which can prevent abrasion due to a friction between components and a play motion due to the abrasion, by using a slider equipped with friction reducing parts. SOLUTION: A folding type opening-closing device 1 comprises a guide part 10, a slider 320, a first link 30 and a second link 40. The guide part 10 has a projecting part 11 for guiding and a bent part 13 for guiding for vertical movement of the slider 320 and is fixed to a fixed frame. One side of the first link 30 is hinge-connected to the lower part of the guide part 10, while the other side is hinge-connected to a link connection part 41 of the second link 40. One side of the second link 40 is hinge-connected to a movable frame, with the link connection part 41 as the center, while the other side is connected to a rotating part 21 of the slider 320. The slider 320 is equipped with friction reducing parts 21b and 23b for reducing a friction of the projecting part 11 for guiding and the bent part 13 for guiding of the guide part 10 with a slider connection part 43 of the second link 40. The slider 320 has a projecting part 29b for closure for maintaining a closed state.
