PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent invasion of wind from exterior of a vehicle toward interior of the vehicle with a bank, by providing a flap for opening or closing the blowhole and fixing one end of the flap to an upper portion of the blowhole as the ventilation cover so as to close the blowhole by swinging. SOLUTION: When air at a vehicle exterior portion 29 enters a side door 24 from bottom portion toward a direction of arrow H due to strong side winds and the like, an airflow is intercepted by a bank 30c and thus the airflow is redirected. Accordingly, the air flows toward an upper portion of a space X enclosed by a door outer panel 25a and a door inner panel 25b. The air does not open a blowhole 30b by swinging a flap 22 by working directly on the flap 22, but instead, the air pushes the flap 22 against an inclined surface 30a in a direction of arrow J. The blowhole 30b is thus closed surely to prevent a back flow from entering a vehicle interior 28.
