PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tire durability and uniformity by forming a belt layer using a strip material rubber coated with a plurality of parallel reinforcement cords. SOLUTION: At an outer periphery of a carcass layer of a tread portion, a strip material S rubber coated with a plurality of parallel reinforcement cords are inclined in circumferential direction T of a tire and are wound while being folded back at a shoulder portion. When forming a belt layer 7 laminated in a flat loop shape, a flat S shape or a Z shape in a cross section in tire width direction, wind start end S1 and a wind finish end S2 of the strip material S are made into matching shapes such that they engage with each other in concave and convex shape when projected on an outer periphery of the carcass layer.
