PRODUCTION OF LONG ENDLESS BELT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long endless toothed belt producing method simplifying belt bonding work markedly by extremely reducing the bonded parts of a belt. SOLUTION: This producing method includes a process laminating canvas, core wires and an unvulcanized rubber sheet to a mold to perform vulcanization to produce a belt cylindrical body. In this case, release paper 3 having predetermined width is laminated between the core wires 2 and the unvulcanized rubber sheet 4 and molding and vulcanization are performed to form a vulcanized belt molded object and the vulcanized belt molded object is spirally cut along the outer peripheral direction thereof to form a toothed belt having predetermined width.
