PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an influence to a rotating operation of a safety cover even in the case of dropping. SOLUTION: A safety cover 8 has a coupling part 9, a sector part 10, a peripheral part 11 and a front surface 12. The part 9 is continued at its upper end to the part 10, and a reinforcing bead 16 extended to the vicinity of the part 11 is radially formed. Further, an extended part 18 formed at a guide edge 17 of the part 10 is inclined toward the part 12 side, and formed as a protrusion independent from the part 11 to become a buffer to be bent to the part 11 side against an impact.
