CONTROL SIGNAL OUTPUTTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing wrong control due to a wrong output from a programmable controller by means of a testing circuit. SOLUTION: A PC 2 which has means 3 analyzing a control code that is transmitted to a site device 6 from a central monitoring device 1 into a device selection bit and a control bit and a means 4 performing the bit output of the analytical results to the outside is provided. Also, a testing circuit 5 which decides an external bit output according to the analytical results and does not perform a control output to the device 6 in the case of a wrong output is provided.
