PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing powder coating from an aluminum wheel hole surface without using masking and a device therefor. SOLUTION: In this method, a powder coating removing device 20A is made to approach a bolt hole of an aluminum wheel from the disk rear side to suck and remove powder coating stuck on the hole surface, and a powder paint removing device 20B is made to approach a hub hole of the aluminum wheel from the disk rear side to brush, suck, and remove the powder coating stuck on the hole surface.
