PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even small and medium-sized enterprises having a little storage matters to store charges at a convenience store by distributing storage data sent from a shop or head office into data for each enterprise. SOLUTION: A remittance slip preparing function 10 prints data peculiar for each enterprise and data required for managing plural enterprises on a remittance slip in a unified data format. In a charge storage system 20 at the convenience store, the data of respective enterprises on the remittance slip prepared by the remittance slip preparing function 10 can be handled just like the data of one enterprise and paid storage data are transmitted to a storage data distributing function 30. Then, the storage data distributing function 30 distributes the storage data transmitted from the respective convenience stores to data for each enterprise. Therefore, since the storage data of plural enterprises are previously unified, it seems to handle the storage data of one enterprise from the side of the convenience store. |
