PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PLL controller which reduces the power consumption at the time of the operation of a PLL oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: This controller is equipped with a PLL stable oscillation detecting means 3, which detects whether or not the PLL oscillation circuit 2 is stably oscillating, a voltage determining means 4 which determines the voltage applied to the PLL oscillation circuit 2, based on the output of the PLL stable oscillation detecting means 2, and a DC/DC converter 5 as a voltage converting means, which varies the voltage applied to the PLL oscillation circuit 2 to the voltage determined by the voltage determining means 4 and supplies it. |
