PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the charge operation for a dregs precipitant involved in the manufacturing process for Sake (Japanese rice wine), and to improve the dregs precipitation step efficiency as well. SOLUTION: The operation of active carbon addition into a dregs precipitation tank 1 is performed using an active carbon feeder 3 installed midway of a feed pipe 20 for Japanese rice wine to be charged concurrently via the lower part of the tank 1 thereinto; along with the above process, a dregs precipitant is also charged via a relevant inlet port 15 on the lower part of the tank 1 thereinto successively, so as to efficiently diffuse the precipitant by actuating an agitator set up on the lower part of the tank. |
