摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceramic pan imparted with high wear resistance and antifouling effect by the control of the unevennesses on the surface of a ceramic pan base material through preparing a green body or an enamel followed by forming a monomolecular adsorption film on the resultant base material surface. SOLUTION: This antifouling ceramic pan is obtained by providing the surface of a ceramic pan base material with unevennesses each 4-10μm in centerline average roughness (Ra) and 5-10μm in centerline height (Rp) through preparing a green body or an enamel followed by forming a monomolecular adsorption film as chemical adsorption film on the resultant base material surface; wherein the chemical adsorption film is formed, preferably, by condensation reaction between the active hydrogen atoms on the ceramic pan base material and silane-based surfactant(s) having a CF3 group on one terminal and a chlorosilyl or alkoxysilyl group on the other, pref. compound(s) of formula I ((m) is 1-15; (n) is 0-15; (q) is 0-2; R is an alkyl; X is a halogen or alkoxy) and/or formula II ((m) is 1-8; (n) is 0-2; (m+n) is 1-10; (p) is 5-25; (q) is 0-2; A is O, COO or Si(CH3)2).
