PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the flatness of the surface of a cast concrete when a concrete form made of a resin is cut off so as to be connected to another form. SOLUTION: The concrete form made of a resin includes a sheathing board 2 having a concrete casting surface on its front side, an outer peripheral rib 3 which is provided on the rear side of the board 2 along the outer periphery of the board 2, and a first and second plate-shaped ribs 4, 5 which are provided inside the rib 3 on the rear side of the board 2. And the outside surface of the rib 3 is a vertical surface 3a for a concrete casting surface, and sides of one of the ribs 4, 5 are vertical surface 4a, 5a for a concrete casting surface and sides on the opposite side are inclined surfaces 4b, 5b which are inclined with respect to the concrete casting surface so that the width of the forward ends of the ribs 4, 5 is smaller than the width on the root side of the board 2.
