PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ditch block capable of being easily, quickly and safely installed on the interchange, junction, median strip of a high-way and street and reduced in construction cost. SOLUTION: A channel 19 is formed inside with a bottom 15 having a plane bottom face, side walls 16, 17 connecting to both sides of the bottom 15 and a ceiling 18 communicating with the side walls 16, 17 on both sides, all in one unit, to collect rain water flowing through a draining pavement layer 11. In this case, a curb stone formation portion 21 projecting upward is integrally formed on the upper face of the ceiling 18 on a roadway side and a water passing portion 22 is formed on the upper part of the side wall 17 on the roadway side to induce water to flow through the draining pavement layer 11 therein.
