PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cutting device that is capable of separating the stacked sheets of paper piece by piece and conveying them without entailing any damage to each individual paper. SOLUTION: In this paper cutting device 10, a perforated conveyor belt circulates therein, while a suction conveyor system 20, sucking up air upon passing through the underside circulating part, is installed in the upper part of a paper feed mount 12. Only a topmost sheet of paper 90 among the stacked sheets of paper 90 mounted on this paper feed mount 12 is sucked to the conveyor belt, and then it is conveyed to each side of two cutter units 40 and 50.
