PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-disintegrable bag for treating excrements capable of reducing unpleasant feelings of a treating man and discarding in a flashing toilet. SOLUTION: A bag 6 into which a hand can be inserted is formed by sheets of water disintegrable paper 2, 4 and a water dispersible fiber layer 3 and at least one side of the bag 6 is formed by a multiple layer sheet held between the sheets of water disintegrable paper. The obtained excrement-treating bag 1 gives little unpleasant feelings to a man who treats an excrement 12 and is easily disintegrated with water when discarded in a flashing toilet.
