PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and trouble for product selection, to retrieve product material that matches to a customer among much product material and to perform product advice by providing an operating means, a deciding means which decides that respective decided values of plural product material information pieces are equal to or less than a decision value, etc. SOLUTION: Customer information corresponding to a customer identifier is fetched from a database 3 according to a retrieval request from a contents display controller 9 which corresponds to the operation of an input device 15. Next, decision value of each inputted product material and a weighted coefficient are fetched and a command that creates a control parameter consisting of a matching condition, a matching item, matching decision value, a matching item weighted coefficient is performed. Next, a controlling part 11 accesses a retrieval/decision subroutine and performs a relational operation of customer information and marketing information. The weighted coefficients of items that are considered as true value according to the operation results are added in each material, the total values are compared with the decision value and whether or not the total values are equal to or more than the decision value is decided.
