PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time required for a scene output and a scene change in the receiver that receives a data service broadcast program. SOLUTION: In the receiver that copes with the case that transmission data consisting of one module or over by a carousel system as a transmission system while scene data for one scene are selected to be one module as a principle, modules of scene data that are extracted from a carousel stored in a queue 71 and received by a DSM-CC buffer 91 are decided according to priority of scene.
