PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide even thickness of a plating layer formed on an Oldham's coupling for preventing seizure. SOLUTION: Revolution of a rotary scroll 22 of a scroll compressor is allowed, and its autorotation is prevented. Such an Oldham's coupling 48 is impregnated with plating liquid L. In such a state, cathode fronts 62, 62 are arranged near a center portion between a key portion 48a (48b) of the Oldham's coupling 48 and a key portion 48d (48c), followed by electrolysis. It thus possible to diffuse current carried to the key portions 48a to 48d, obtain comparatively even current carrying state, and obtain even thickness of a plating layer.
