摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit estimation of precise running resistance all times including the time of override by providing an adjustment means for driving force and braking force on the vehicle, calculating driving and braking forces based on the operation status of the adjustment means, and estimating running resistance with the actual vehicle speed, calculated driving and braking forces and vehicle specifications. SOLUTION: Driving force adjustment means calculates driving/braking force based on adjustment condition of driving force adjustment factors such as throttle position, intake volume, fuel injection volume and manifold pressure, and adjustment condition of braking force adjustment factors such as braking fluid pressure. A braking/driving force computing part 12 calculates torque at the driving axle based on a working condition detecting signal detected by a driving force working condition detecting part 9 or a braking force working condition detecting part 10. A running resistance estimating part 13 estimates running resistance according to the torque at the driving axle, which is obtained by the braking/driving force calculating part 12, actual speed of a vehicle 14, and vehicle specifications. Even if an override occurs, estimation values are provided to the driving control unit without interruption.</p>
