<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the loss amount of a solvent by separation recovery of the solvent in a foul liquid by a method wherein a vacuum generation means is provided between a foul liquid storing tank and a solvent storing tank to enable the solvent in the foul liquid to be vaporized, the vapor of the solvent is cooled and liquified by condensation, and the product is transferred. SOLUTION: Valves 9, 10 are opened, a pump 11 is driven, and a foul liquid B in a foul liquid storing tank 2 is fed to a foul liquid regenerating tank 3. The foul liquid B to be discharged from a foul liquid feed route 12 is allowed to flow down or drop down to a flowing down plate 14 via a liquid receiving part 15, and fed by flowing down while the foul liquid B is allowed to get over projections 14a... formed to the flowing down plate 14. A heating medium G in a medium storing part 20 is heated by a heating heater 1 halfway in flowing down, the foul liquid B flowing down on the flowing down plate 14 is indirectly heated, and only a solvent A in the foul liquid B is vaporized to be released into an inside space of the foul liquid regenerating tank 3. The release vapor Aa is cooled by a condensation coil 22, and the condensation liquified solvent A is dropped into a solvent storing part 17 to be regenerated in a state near to a new liquid. Thereby, a recovery efficiency is improved, and the loss amount of the solvent A to be discarded can be suppressed.</p> |
