The foul liquid B to be discharged from a foul liquid feed route 12 is allowed to flow down or drop down to a flowing down plate 14 via a liquid receiving part 15, and fed by flowing down while the foul liquid B is allowed to get over projections 14a... formed to the flowing down plate 14.
