<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a file name is converted into a transmission contents classification name automatically and stored by callers in a terminal receiving data sent by the user of a telephone set or facsimile equipment under a computer telephony integration(CTI) network environment. SOLUTION: A telephone set 1 and facsimile equipment 2 connected to a CTI server 4 that directly connects to a computer network 5 through a public line network 3, and data are stored in a file server 6 as files. The files are downloaded or browsed by a terminal 7 directly connected to the network 5, a terminal 9 connecting to the network 5 directly via the public line network 3 and a terminal 13 connected to the file server 6 via the Internet.</p> |
