DATA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATION METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data from being undesirably aborted even at when congestion at a receiver side occurs by retransmitting data packets on a communication line arrived in its own node to the communication line and acting the communication line like a buffer storing data packets. SOLUTION: A data packet 4 sent from a transmission node 1 reaches a reception node 2 via a communication line 3. The reception node 2 is set to a state unable to receive the data packet 4, depending on a state of the reception node such as congestion. In this case, the reception node 2 sends back the arrived data packet 4 to the communication line 3. Thus, the communication line 3 can act as to temporality storing the data packet. The capacity of the communication line for storing the data packet 4 depends on a communication capacity of the communication line 3 and the length of the communication line 3. Then the sent-back packet data are resent back to a receptible node, where congestion or the like is solved and then the packet data are not absorted.
