PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire the change quantity of data per unit time on a reception side without increasing a communication load by previously storing detection intervals which are set to each of various data in the controller of the reception side. SOLUTION: When received data is judged to be throttle opening data, for example (S1), a received data value (d) and the data reception time (t) are taken in (S2 and 3), the change quantityΔd of throttle opening data per unit time is calculated fromΔd←(d-ds)/ΔT by using the data value (d), the value ds of data at previous reception time and a detection intervalΔT in the stored throttle opening data, and the data reception value is updated (ds←d). When data collision is judged to occur, the detection intervalΔT is corrected (S7) and a detection time T is updated to be a time obtained by subtracting a communication delay timeΔt from data reception time (t) (S8). When it is judged that data collision does not occur, the detection intervalΔT is added and the detection time T is updated (S9).
