PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-pipe apparatus setter, capable of setting a working apparatus, rapidly and accurately, at a desired position in a pipe, when work is executed in the pipe. SOLUTION: This setter is equipped with a setter body 52 made up of a long flexible member and energizing a working apparatus 100 to be set in a pipe in order to move it to a desired position, and wall-surface guide members 54 provided so as to project from the setter body 52 for preventing the setter body 52 inserted in the pipe from contacting with an inner wall surface of the pipe. The wall-surface guide members 54 each have guide rollers 53 that roll on the inner surface of the pipe when the setter body 52 is inserted into the pipe.
