PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb impact generated at the time of changing a speed change stage over to low by disengaging a clutch especially in a neutral state. SOLUTION: A damper mechanism 26 to reduce impact at the time of engagement is provided between a corotating gear 46 and a free-rotating gear 43 to be engaged with each other in a speed changer having the free-rotating gear 43 axially supported on one shaft free to rotate and the corotating gear 46 spline-connected and devised to transmit driving force through the free- rotating gear 43 between itself and the other shaft by engaging the corotating gear 46 with the adjacent free-rotating gear 43 by moving the corotating gear 46 in the axial direction.
