PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the necessity of setting a menu by operating a timer control at every time of use and to improve ease to use. SOLUTION: This appliance is equipped with a heating means for heating stuff to be cooked, a first storage means wherein cooking information corresponding to each sort of cooking menu 4 is stored beforehand, a control means for controlling the aforesaid heating means on the basis of the first storage means, a timer control 8 for selecting the cooking menu 4 and a memory key for making a second storage means store menu information selected by the timer control 8 and return the information. By operating this memory key, the menu information stored in the second storage means is returned and automatic cooking is executed on the basis of the aforesaid first memory means.
