PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a danger by fixing a small motor to an operation lever of a civil engineering/construction machine, and eccentrically arranging a vibrator on an output shaft of the small motor. SOLUTION: For example, a water temperature sensor of a radiator detects a water temperature to derive the signal to a controller. When the water temperature reaches a dangerous temperature prestored in the storage part of the controller, a signal for turning on a power source of a small motor 9 is outputted to rotate the small motor 9. A semicircular vibrator 11 fixed to an output shaft of the small motor 9 generates vibration. The vibration is also transmitted to a knob 7 of an operation lever 5, so that an operator senses abnormality to thereby reliably prevent a danger.
