PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of terminals used for stop and wait mode control in an emulate mode between microcomputers at the time of performing emulation through a two-chip system. SOLUTION: This circuit has a stop mode control circuit 113, a wait mode control circuit 114, a control circuit 111 for an evaluation chip and a control circuit 112 for a port emulate. Here, the circuits 111 and 112 are switched according to the chip mode entry of each microcomputer and microcomputer control circuits 11a and 11b which realize the execution and release of the stop mode and wait mode with two terminals are provided in each microcomputer. |
