PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting an electronic part mounted circuit board capable of accurately measuring a position correction of a circuit board, with the use of two marks for correction on a diagonal of the circuit board in spite of an inspection by a line sensor camera. SOLUTION: The first and second marks for correction 12a and 12b are provided at the two corners opposedly diagonally both ends in a lengthwise direction of an electronic part mounted circuit board. First, the second mark for correction 12b at an ending side position is taken by a line sensor camera 8 moving in constant speed after moving in high speed, and its position coordinates is calculated. Second, the first mark for correction 12a is taken by the line sensor running in constant speed to a camera scanning direction R after running to a starting side position and its position coordinates is calculated. A position correction of the circuit board 1 is calculated comparing the two position coordinates calculated and a standard position coordinates. |
