PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely precise chemical filter capable of satisfying simultaneously mutually contradictory filter characteristics such as a low pressure loss and a highly adsorbing capacity by containing a filter paper-like formed filter medium having a polystyrene based polymer as a base material in a frame material. SOLUTION: The material which becomes a base material of an ion exchange fiber constituting a filter medium of a three-dimensional filtering structure is a polystyrene based polymer. Then, the ion exchange fiber constituting the three-dimensional filtering structure adopts a filter paper-like shape. The filter medium of the three-dimensional structure is preferably that which is processed by corrugating. The corrugate-processed product is formed so that a corrugated sheet (central core) 5a and a planar sheet (linear) 6 are thermally bonded to have many small through holes 6a and a fluid to be treated passes inside the small through holes 6a. |
