摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate alignment adjustment and focus adjustment by providing a means receiving anterior ocular segment image including the cornea of the eye being an object of medical operation and a monitor displaying the anterior ocular segment and an image for alignment and making the image for alignment a graphic image. SOLUTION: An objective lens 20 is provided with a zoom optical system 22, 23 through a beam splitter 24 and optically connected with eyepiece lens systems 29, 30 through reflecting members 27, 28 to three-dimensionally observe the anterior ocular segment, e.g. by peeking through the lenses 29, 30. An image forming lens 33 is provided on the reflected optical axis 32 of the splitter 24 and an image pickup tube 34 as an image receiving means is provided at an image forming position. Its video output is inputted to a frame memory and given input/output control by a computer, which is provided with a function controlling a graphic generator analyzing the image of the object based on image information stored in the frame memory.
