PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance color reproducibility performance and the like by giving specified photographic sensitive to an invisible light sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a specified compound and the like. SOLUTION: The silver halide photographic sensitive material is provided on a support with each one or more of red-, green-, and blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layers, and one or more of the invisible light sensitive silver halide emulsion layers and one of these invisible light sensitive emulsion layers has a specified photographic sensitivity of 1-200% of those of the visible light sensitivity emulsion layers, and it contains an image quality enhancing agent and the compound represented by formula I or II in which each of Z11, Z12, Z21, and Z22 is a nonmetallic atomic group necessary to complete a 5- or 6-membered single ring or the like; each of R11, R12, R21, and R22 is an aliphatic group; each of R13-R17, and R23-R29 is an H atom or the like; R is an alkyl group or the like; each of (R11 and R13), (R14 and R16), (R17 and R12), (R21 and R23), (R24 and R26), (R25 and R27), (R26 and R28), and (R22 and R29) may combine with each other to form a 5- or 6-membered ring; and each of x11 and x21 is ions necessary to cancel a charge in the molecule; each of m11 and m21 is a number of such ions; and each of n11 and n12, n21, and n22 is 0 or 1.
