PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the connection destination telephone number retrieval system by which the user of a mobile terminal or the like can automatically select a route which offers an inexpensive telephone charge by detecting a current position of a terminal connectable to a telephone line and extracting routers between the detected current position and the connection destination in the order of cheaper telephone charge. SOLUTION: An address conversion means 21 retrieves a latitude longitude address table 31 by using longitude latitude information received from a latitude longitude measurement device 1 for index information. A station number conversion means 22 retrieves an address station number table 32 by using a postal number for index information. Furthermore, an access point discrimination means 23 retrieves an access point table 33 and gives the result to telephone charge calculation means 24. The telephone charge calculation means 24 retrieves distance from a distance telephone charge table 35 that offers a cheaper telephone charge. Since the current point is detected and the telephone charges between the detected current point and the connection destination are extracted sequentially in the order of cheaper charge in this way, the route offering a cheaper telephone charge is selected automatically, increase in the telephone charge can be prevented.
