PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield which allows simple terminating process of an electric wire and enables to shield and protect an electric wire using the same member. SOLUTION: A cylindrical shield shell 10 covering an electric wire 30 is installed in a housing 1, and the connection part 11 of the shell 10 is arranged on the peripheral surface of a guide cylinder 21 of an end cap 20. The electric wire 30 led out of the housing 1 is structured so that a cupper foil 41 laminated with a resin layer 42 is wound spirally so that its side edges 43 are overlapping and covered with a metal foil tube 40 in the form of bellows. The fitting part 44 of this tube 40 is fitted to the connection part 11 of the shield shell 10 and fastened by a coupling ring 50, and thereby the tube 40 and shell 10 are connected together, and the electric wire 30 is shielded over the inside and outside of the housing 1.
