PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filter assembled body for a motorcycle with a by- pass valve. SOLUTION: An oil filter assembled body 28 for sending oil to an oil cooler has a housing installed in an engine 26. The housing has an inlet port for accepting oil from the engine, an outlet port for returning the oil to the engine, and a by-pass passage led to the oil cooler 38. The oil filter 38 is fixed to the housing, and a temperature sensitive valve assembled body is located in the housing. Accordingly, it is possible to operate the temperature sensitive valve assembled body from a low temperature position to a high temperature position.
