PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bearing unit fittable to either a flange unit and a pillow block. SOLUTION: A square block 1 matched to the size of a bearing unit 2 is manufactured to install a bearing unit 2 at the center of the block 1, and horizontal taps 3 are worked on four corners of the block 1 to provide vertical taps on both the ends of one side surface.
