PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic massaging device capable of holding a pressurized condition after suction or exhaust of air, properly controlling the suction/ exhaust velocity, miniaturizing the device and reducing cost. SOLUTION: In this massaging device, air bags 11 are periodically expanded or contracted by performing the supply or exhaust of air to a plurality of juxtaposed air bags 11 to obtain a massaging effect. In this case, the massaging device is provided with a supply air changeover valve 20 for supplying air to the air bags 11, and an exhaust air changeover valve 19 which is operated independently of the supply air changeover valve 20 for exhausting air from the air bags 11.
