PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manufacture the device which has even the special outer diameter, by winding a shape-memory alloy raw wire in the coil shape on the core member which forms the approximately cylindrical holding surface with a plurality of tension wire materials in the star shape at the cross- sectional surface, and performing the shape-memory heat treatment. SOLUTION: At the cross-sectional surface, a plurality of tension wire materials 2... are arranged in the star shape. Core member 5, which form approximately cylindrical holding surface G, are constituted by a plurality of these wire materials 2. Then, shape memory alloy(SMA) raw wires 7 are wound in the coil shape around the wiring jig which is constituted of a pair of fixing plates 3 and 3, a plurality of tension wire materials 2..., a pulling mechanism and the like. With the shape being maintained with a fixing means, shape memorizing process is performed. Thereafter, the pulling mechanism is loosened, and at least one-end side of the tension wire materials 2... is removed. One fixing plate 3 is then removed. The heat treated SMA coil is taken out.
