This new method employs a mould (30a, 30b) and pressure injection machine to make plastic mouldings (16). In a first phase when the machine is started, a series of mouldings are test-injected in individual cycles. After mould opening and ejection, they are examined. In a second phase, the machine speed (v) is increased without examination, once the test mouldings have reached a predetermined quality. Mouldings are extracted in the first phase using a motor-operated carrier system (10). Following extraction, the carrier system is stopped for a predetermined time ( DELTA 2t, DELTA 3t), for moulding examination. |
