A multiple-lumen catheter is disclosed that includes a catheter tube (11) having a generally elongate cylindrical body (21) having an axial passageway (31) extending the length thereof. A septum (22) extends across the interior of the body (37) and along the length thereof in order to divide the body (21) into first (23) and second (24) lumens. A bolus (20) extends from a distal end (15) of the body. The bolus (20) has a passage section including an axial passage portion (46) and a radial passage portion (47). The axial passage portion (46) is in fluid communication with the first (23) and second (24) lumens. The radial passage portion (47) includes a single port (48) through the side of the bolus (20) whereby the first (23) and second (24) lumens are in fluid communication with the port (48). According to another form of the invention, the radial passage (247) includes a first port (249) and a second port (250) therein.
