System for conditioning wine barrels by filling. The system is intended to allow the conditioning of a wooden barrel 2, using a minimum volume of filling wine necessary for conditioning. To this end a cylindrical body 1, made of a material which does not absorb wine and which does not cause changes therein, is put inside the barrel 2; this cylindrical body 1 is closed at its end walls, or else solid, and is provided at said end walls with legs 4, which project in a divergent manner and with a certain degree of elasticity to allow introduction through the mouth 5 of the barrel and to constitute means of support on the end walls thereof, immobilizing the cylindrical body 1 so that inside said barrel 2 the filling wine remains permanently in contact with the internal surface thereof. <IMAGE>
