The invention concerns the use of an inhibitor of cytochrome P450 combined with an antifungal agent for treating mycoses. Said inhibitor is preferably piperonyl butoxide which can be used alone for treating such diseases. Said mycoses may be candidiasis, pityriasis versicolor and dermatophytosis.
