<p>The device for spring tensioning is used in the electrical industry. It is compact and its structure is economical, and has higher wear resistance of its components. The device consists of a switching spring (7) connected to a cam (2) mounted on a switching shaft (5) with a facility to be tensioned, both by an electric motor (20) and by a hand-operated shaft (21) by intermediate connection of a reducer having spur gears, the last of the gears (1) being mounted by a bearing for free travel (6) on the switching shaft (5). Shaft (5) is also connected to a pin (4) and an eccentric disk (3) which is functuonally connected to a switching lever. At the beginning of the process of tensioning the spring (7) cam (2) and switching shaft (5) can be driven directly from a position of the bottom deadcentre (9) of the switching shaft (5) in the direction of the revolutions of the cam (2) upwards, and in the phase of the switching process - by revolving the switching shaft (5) outside its lower dead centre (9). The last of the gears (1) is fixed by means of a bearing for free travel (6), and by its functional connection - to the remaining spur gears of the reducer. 17 claims, 7 figures</p> |
